Our Estimate Process

We have a two step proposal process. First, we will meet with you in your home to discuss your project needs, take the necessary measurements and show you a portfolio of our work. In seven to ten days we will return with a fully detailed, itemized, multi paged proposal and specification sheet. This is not an estimate but the actual price for your home improvement/new construction project when built in accordance with the provided specification sheet. We never underestimate to win or job or have hidden additional costs! Your down payment will be clearly spelled out and you will receive an itemized payment schedule for the project with payments due only after completion of specified project points. Final payments are not due until all aspects of the project and final inspections have been completed. Pondview Construction guarantees not to use your money to fund other projects as some other construction companies do or ask for additional money to complete your project unless you add to your specifications and sign an upgrade sheet.
